Appointments and Cancellations

  • Scheduling Appointments: To ensure availability, we recommend scheduling appointments in advance. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made the same day as the appointment may be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Arrival Time

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in and preparation. Arrivals over 15 minutes late will likely need to reschedule. Please call to give notice if you believe you may be late for an appointment. We will do our best to accommodate, but we may be limited if tardiness cuts into subsequent client appointments.

Service Satisfaction

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within the week of the service, and we will address any questions or concerns.

Health Considerations

  • Inform your service provider of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment. This information helps us tailor our services to your needs and ensure your safety.

Personal Belongings

  • Nicholas Anthony Salon & Day Spa provides a private changing area with color smock robes for clients who don't want to risk any damage or staining on their clothing. Nicholas Anthony Salon & Day Spa is not liable for damage or staining if customers decline to use these resources. Clients are encouraged to leave valuable personal belongings at home. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are available for purchase and can be used for any hair, nail, or spa services, as well as products or boutique items. They are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. Lost gift cards cannot be duplicated and replaced.

Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We accept various forms of payment, including major credit cards. We do not allow tips on credit cards.
